Terms & Policies

Redding Permanent Makeup operates by appointments only. We highly value our clients and respect their time, so we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with our policies and terms of service. For all new appointments, a deposit will be charged to your card to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be deducted immediately upon payment, and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

Late Policy:

To ensure a smooth experience, we advise arriving at least 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled time to account for any potential delays. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. If your appointment is complimentary, your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary, and an additional deposit will be required to reschedule.

Cancellations/Rescheduling Policy:

We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours (3 business days, excluding Sundays) notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Deposits/payments will be forfeited for changes made outside of this time frame. If you provide less than 72 hours' notice, additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment.

Appointment/Consultation Policy:

While a separate consultation appointment is not mandatory, in the event that your procedure cannot proceed as planned during your appointment, you will be charged the price of a consultation appointment.

Guests Policy:

To ensure focused attention during your treatment, we request that you do not bring children or pets with you into the studio. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card; however, they cannot accompany you into the procedure room, and we cannot assume responsibility for them in our lobby area.

Service Deposits:

A deposit is required immediately upon booking to secure all service appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of online booking. This deposit confirms your commitment to the appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.

Complimentary Sessions:

Initial procedure appointments include a complimentary touch-up session, which must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks following your first session. If you need to schedule this appointment after 8 weeks, it will no longer be complimentary and will incur an additional charge. Complimentary touch-ups are not mandatory but are offered to clients who require a follow-up.

Additional touch-up appointments may be needed, and fees will apply if additional sessions are required.

Future Touch-Ups for Return Clients

Returning clients seeking touch-up appointments should call our studio directly at (360) 320-1685 Touch-up prices are calculated based on the time elapsed since your last paid appointment and do not include a complimentary touch-up.

Waitlist:

While we recommend booking an appointment to secure your preferred artist and time slot, we do offer a waitlist for each artist. When appointment slots become available, we contact individuals on the waitlist in order of priority. Confirmation is on a first-come, first-served basis. To be added to the waitlist, please contact us. Kindly note that availability is not guaranteed.

Existing Brow Tattoos:

We exercise utmost care when working over existing tattoos and other artists' work. If you have previously tattooed eyebrows, please email us clear photos at brows@reddingpmu.com for approval. Allow 1-3 business days for our team to respond. Scheduling an appointment without our team's approval will result in forfeiting your deposit.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are always appreciated.

Important for all clients:

Microblading and permanent cosmetics are multi-step processes, and individual healing results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to achieve the desired results. While we strive to provide quality service, individual healing patterns and factors can influence the final outcome. It is vital to follow all pre-appointment restrictions and aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing and optimal results. These instructions are designed to minimize bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding can dilute and expel pigment, leading to subpar results.
